used the company ratings as a guide as to who I did business with, I
have never written a reccomendation or negative feedback about any
company. However, in this case I feel I needed to. I had inadvertantly
checked out of my order without entering the codes for my quanity
discount. I emailed your company and explained my desire to receive the
discount and I was promptly emailed backed and told that my invoice
would reflect the discount. You people really delivered. Great, great

Samsung ML-1650 laser printer from megaPixland, and I am very pleased
with my buying experience. Their sales staff is extremely courteous and
knowledgeable, and the product was exactly as represented: it was in
stock, it was brand new (neither refurbished nor a prior return item),
and it was in the factory-sealed Samsung carton. The price was excellent
and the delivery charge (Chicago to Los Angeles) was reasonable. They
did not charge my credit card until my order was shipped, at which time
they promptly notified me via e-mail of the UPS tracking number and
approximate delivery date (they even included a digital photo of the
printer's serial number from the outside of the shipping box!). My
printer arrived on time and in perfect condition. In short, I highly
recommend megaPixland -- this is one Internet vendor that has earned my

I had originally planned
on printing just a couple of prints taken from my 1 Megapixel Kodak
digital camera and compare with the other online providers like
photoworks,snapfish. However after seeing the first few prints, i
printed in all around 55 prints and they were just great, i would say
even better the other providers. Also for just test purpose I tried to
print a 8x10 !!! and came out just good ( which the other providers wont
even consider). The print and the paper quality were excellent and
priced better than snapfish. The delivery and customer service was very
