If I order something today, will you ship today? |
If ordered by 12 Noon, we can ship 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments out the same day, as long as we have the item(s) in stock. If any other method of shipping, we will do our best to get it out the same day. Please see more shipping details info at our Shipping page.

Can you ship using our UPS, Fedex, or DHL shipping account? |
Sorry but no we cannot. We currently are not set up to process shipments this way.

If I call at 4 PM and have an urgent next day order that needs to be placed with no imprinting - is there anything that can be done? |
Depending on the frames you need & quantity, we carry a limited in-house stock that we might be able to ship out same day. We highly suggested in these cases you call in, since we can provide close alternatives to the frames you need if they are out of stock.
