High Touch & Hands On Experience

Introduction:
We, here at PromoFrames, understand the uncomfortable feeling some experience when placing very "high profile" orders over the internet. Human interaction is often necessary to get a sense of ease after placing a large order (500+ quantities), as additional attention may be needed. If you have an important event or need product for an important client, we have the experience to help you.

Our motto is "100% Customer Satisfaction", and we are not satisfied until each order placed is fulfilled exactly like you, the customer, want. So please read the following sections below so we can help you fulfill your important order with as much ease and comfort as possible.

Customer Service Representatives:
Our trained and skilled Customer Service Experts have complete knowledge and understanding on all the products and services we offer. Office hours are between 8 AM and 6 PM CST Monday - Friday. Simply call our TOLL FREE number (866-566-7224) and we will assist you in regards to any questions you might have. Just mention you wish to make a "high profile order".

High Touch Experience:
With special services such as imprinting, packaging, and fulfillment we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied. No request is too strange, so let us know what your vision is and we will meet that. And best of all, there is NO ADDITIONAL COST (Certain special fulfillment tasks are extra).

Case Study #1 :
A corporate client needed to rush 1,000 folder frames personalized with a special message and corporate logo to promote her line of earth-friendly products to a Fortune 100 customer. She needed for PromoFrames to produce and drop-ship directly to her client's site within 6 business days. We worked with our client to ensure the exact end-product met specifications, completed production on time, and delivered to her client in a timely fashion. To help ensure specifications were met, we produced a printed sample, scanned it, took several digital snapshots, and emailed it to the customer for review. We also shipped with our client's branded packing slip to show her customer who they were doing business with. We also mailed a couple of production samples to our client so that she received what her client received.

Case Study #2 :
Our client needed 500 easel frames to hand out to their employees for a "job well done" event. Our client emailed us photos of what they wished to put inside these frames. They also emailed corporate logo, and the associated text for their employee celebration event. We agreed on a fulfillment price, and then processed the order. We imprinted the easel frames with foil stamped logo and text, printed the 5x7 lab-quality photos, inserted the photos into all frames, and shipped to the client site. The job was completed and delivered within the lead time requested, even shipping using the client's UPS corporate account. We were going to mail each photo in an envelope to specific addresses, but a last-minute change by the client resulted in shipping all 500 frames to a single location. They were very satisfied by having to just open the package and simply hand the framed photo to each employee.
