Holiday Shipping Tips

Please check this area for frequent updates on product availability during this expected busy holiday season. Our delivery time is largely dependent on the UPS Shipping schedule.

Common question: "If I order today, will I get the package by New Year's Eve?" Answer: YES IF WE SHIP VIA NEXT DAY AIR. SO CALL US AT 866.566.7224 AND WE'LL SEE WHAT WE CAN DO. WE HAVE DONE SOME AMAZING LAST-MINUTE SHIPMENTS IN THE PAST. IF YOUR CALL GOES TO VOICEMAIL, PLEASE LEAVE YOUR NAME AND NUMBER AND WE PROMISE TO GET BACK WITH YOU ASAP.

There will be no GROUND or 3-DAY packages delivered on December 31. Only Air Packages.

We MAY be able to ship same-day as late as 3:00PM CST depending on what you need. Call us and we'll discuss last-minute needs with you.

IMPRINTING
: We have been averaging 2-3 business days to process imprinted (text-only hot stamping) orders. So please take this into account when placing an order. If you need an imprinted order and can do Next-Day Air, we may be able to rush the processing to ship within 1 or 2 business days, depending on how many of those requests we have. Please call us at 866-566-7224 for these types of rush orders.

Occasionally, we understand that you need your shipment SUPER-QUICK like the customer above, especially during the holidays. So our phones are open for your last-minute needs. We don't charge extra handling fees but you are subject to pay for the shipping charges that is normally associated with expedited shipping service (2nd Day Air and faster). Here is how we can help.

Orders made from 12:00PM to 2:59PM CST
Since our same-day shipping cutoff time for normal orders is 12:00 PM Central, if you need to have same-day shipping after this time, please call 866-566-7224 (or 847-496-4170) and we will let you know if the items you want can be shipped same day. Please leave a quick voice-mail message if we are not available. We'll get back with you asap.

Orders made from 3:00PM to 6:00PM CST
During this time, we may still be able to help you but we have limited inventory accessible during this time. We have the following conditions:

  • Not all of our online inventory is available to order during this timeframe. We have some popular items and sizes (e.g. Christmas Santa folder frames in 3x3 or 4x6).
  • We count on you to be flexible for last-minute needs. For example, if you want 100 Christmas Santa 4x6 folders, but say we don't have stock. We may instead only have the Holiday Tree folders available. We'll find the best alternative for any frame, size, and color you need.
  • We'll give you a full price quote (product + shipping).
  • We will let you know what UPS, Fedex or DHL promises for delivery time. We use DHL for expediting, but may use another company if DHL does not serve your area. We are not responsible for non-delivery problems once we ship same day. Please note that all delivery companies has exceptions to their guarantee rule (e.g. Weather not allowing planes to take off). Shipping guarantees are not valid for these exceptions.
  • Shipping service must be either 2nd Day Air or faster. This will ensure that your delivery gets out the door and delivered to you more reliably.
  • You must have a credit card with ALL of the following info: 

    a) Billing address (if different from shipping address) that matches was is on your billing statement
    b) Last 3 digits (security code) from back of credit card

Orders made after 6:00PM CST
It's a roll of the dice during this super-late time. However, we have been known to ship orders even after this time if we happen to still be in the office after-hours, especially during the holidays. If you really need something urgent, please try calling in and we'll see if we can still help.


2009 Holiday Shipping Calendar

Since we mostly use UPS, we are at the mercy of UPS' holiday schedule (click here for UPS Holiday Calendar). We plan on shipping same-day for orders received by 12:00 PM central time (excluding imprinting orders). Regardless of the shipment method used, here are some helpful holiday shipping strategies.

1) There is no shipping activity on Thanksgiving day and the Friday after it. Friday activity is limited to DELIVERIES available for to 2nd Day and Next Day packages. Ground, 3-day will NOT be delivered on Friday.

2) Always try to add another two days to the delivery time for Ground due to the sheer volume of shipments the couriers have to handle.

3) Give us a call (866-566-7224) to find out best estimates to answers to questions like "if I order this today, when will I get it?"
