Welcome to the second issue of our PromoFrames Newsletter. We first want to thank all of our customers for making this holiday season one of the most successful ever. We have had the highest increase of sales for the month of November AND December than any year prior, and this is due completely to you.
After the launch of our website late summer, the feedback we have been receiving has been amazing. So many customers have been telling us that being able to fulfill a text imprinting order online and the increased photos for each item has made their ordering process so much easier!
We owe our success completely to you and in doing so we want to let you know of new things happening on our website from new sections to sales. Please read through this newsletter, pass it onto to friend, or even print it out!!

New Sections
1. Purchase Orders - The influx of corporate/government clients in the past year has been huge. In order to streamline our ordering process to suit their purchasing needs, we have created a Purchase Order page which breaks down what needs to be done in order for us to successfully set you up in our system to bill. We hope that through this, corporate/government clients will have less confusion as the time of purchase and will feel more comfortable placing their order.
2. Sample Orders - We understand there is a need to see a physical frame in front of you before deciding to purchase a large quantity. To clear up any confusion, we have created a Sample Orders page which breaks down our policy. If you have interest in a sample, we suggest you visit this page first to understand our policy.
3. Glossary - This page sits as a easy guide to understanding terms used throughout the website. We suggest that anyone not familiar with frames or photography visits this section because it will allow your ordering process to be that much easier. Not only did we include terms and definitions, but as well a picture to accompany each term!!
4. FAQ - We are constantly updating and adjusting our frequently asked questions page to better fit our customers. We also added an EASY LINK section to it, so you can view a question, click it, and it would go directly to the answer at the bottom of the page.
With Polaroid frames being a huge percentage of sales, as well as a large percentage of confusion we have included a visual image to help you determine which Polaroid size you need (3x3, 3x4, 4x3). The image above is of a PF-34 3X3 size. This graphic allows you to see the actual dimensions of a 3X3, as well as what the dimensions of the frame ae, and how much of the picture will be cropped out. The 3X3 sized Polaroid’s are roughly 95% of our Polaroid sales, so if you have ANY questions, we suggest you call in before ordering. [top]
