Are these made out of real crystals?
Yes, these they are! You will definitely see the difference between our crystal displays and glass displays. Crystals are formulated to have a clearer, whiter appearance. And you'll also hear the familiar higher ringing tone by tapping on the crystal with your finger nail.
How do I order Photo Crystals?
It is fairly easy. Either order online or call us (866-566-7224), reply to your emailed order confirmation with your photo or other image you wish to display, then we'll take it from there. See a more detailed process by clicking here
How do I send my image to be displayed?
Emailing is the easiest way. If you don't have a way to email an image, you can mail your photo to us after you place the order, and we'll scan it for you for no additional charge. Please note that we are not liable for any loss of your photo by mail. Our mailing address is: PromoFrames, 1340 Remington Rd, Suite S, Schaumburg, IL 60173.
What is the minimum resolution required?
We recommend at least 3 megapixels if you are sending us a digital camera image. For words, just send us the appropriate Word, Excel, etc file.
What file formats do you accept?
A digital camera file in jpg format is the most common. But we also accept image files such as pdf, eps, bmp, and tif. If
you want to print words, we accept popular files like Word and Excel.
Will you provide a proof before producing the real thing?
Yes! To ensure that we include the areas of the photo or image that you want, we will email you a mock-up of how it will display
on the crystal. We will move forward with assembly only when you reply back with an approval.
How long does it take to process my Photo Crystals order?
Normally, it will be 3-4 business days to process. Then add the shipping time. Please contact us if you need to discuss timing more in detail.
Are these actually made by PromoFrames?
Yes. We do not make the raw crystal material, but we do print, assemble, clean, package and ship from our location in Schaumburg, IL. So you can say that it is Assembled in the Great U, S, of A!
Do you offer discounts for resellers?
For single orders of 25 or more, please contact us so that we may discuss.
Do you offer gift processing for photo crystals?
Yes. There is an additional charge of $7.00 to gift-wrap, insert a simple greeting card with a short message, and ship to your desired address. As a special service, we even email you a picture of the finished product if it is not going to you directly. This way, you will know what you are sending to that special someone receiving this gift. Please call us at 866-566-7224 if you wish to request a gift wrapping.
