We, at PromoFrames, are happy to send out samples so you can see what our frames look like in person before committing to a larger order. Once you find the sample frame(s) you wish to order, simply go to our checkout page and purchase the frame(s) as you normally would. If your next order is at least $50 (subtotal, excludes shipping), simply reference your previous order, and we will credit back the sample frames cost (up to $10) to your next order. The original shipping cost is not refunded. If your order is over $100 (subtotal, excludes shipping), we will credit back the sample frames cost plus shipping from your first order (up to $16 total). Please note, all orders including samples are shipped via United Parcel Service. UPS charges a minimum amount for shipments less than one pound. For example: The shipping fee for one PF-34 frame to Chicago costs about $8.00 and about $10.00 to Los Angeles (as of 8/7/09). Sorry, we do not mail samples via US Postal Service.
